1) Selecting polypropylene chips with high isotacticity and low moisture and ash content is beneficial for reducing wool.
2) Keep the melt rheology uniformity of the spinning box, select the lower spinning temperature, and choose the appropriate side blowing temperature, wind speed and suitable stretching process to reduce the filament.
3) Keep the equipment clean and have a positive effect on reducing the hair.
