How is polypropylene BCF yarn produced?
The production routes of polypropylene BCF yarn can be divided into the following three types:
One-step method: continuous spinning, drawing, texturing, winding process
Two-step method: Spinning and stretching combined with one yarn deformation or spinning and winding one yarn with stretching deformation
Three-step method: spinning, doffing, stretching, and deforming
The two-step production process is similar to the two-step production process. Spinning is the same as conventional spinning.
