In terms of color configuration, the polypropylene BCF yarn can be produced as colored yarn through the direct dyeing method from the raw material solution, or it can be produced as white yarn for downstream customers for post-processing dyeing. This reduces the subsequent printing and dyeing processes and wastewater discharge for carpet manufacturers. In terms of application scenarios, polypropylene BCF yarn is mainly used in products such as home block carpets, full-ply carpets, car luggage compartment padding, door mats, and poolside floor mats. Compared with nylon BCF yarn, polypropylene BCF yarn has a lower density and a lighter unit area weight, which is conducive to reducing transportation costs and labor intensity during installation. At the same time, polypropylene materials have a low moisture absorption rate, and after being laid in humid areas, they dry faster and are less likely to breed bacteria.
